# APLICATIVO (APP)

Para auxiliar no atendimento aos clientes, a Digisac também disponibiliza acesso à plataforma por meio da **versão mobile (aplicativo)**.

Você pode baixar o aplicativo nos seguintes links:

**IOS:** <https://apps.apple.com/br/app/digisac/id1586841394>

Após realizar o download, ao abrir o aplicativo, é possível personalizar algumas preferências, como:

* **Tema da interface:** claro ou escuro.

* **Idioma do App:** português, inglês ou espanhol.

Informe a **URL completa da sua plataforma** e clique em **Continuar**. Em seguida, realize o login utilizando seu **e-mail** e **senha** da Digisac. Para acessar a plataforma, clique novamente em **Continuar**.

Ao acessar o aplicativo, a Digisac exibe o **menu de navegação principal**, representado pelo **ícone de três linhas no canto superior esquerdo da tela**.

Nesse menu, é possível acessar rapidamente as seguintes seções da plataforma:

* **Início (aba de atendimentos)**
* **Usuários**
